Mr Nador has over 25 years’ experience in the energy sector at senior management and executive levels. He has held previous roles as Executive Vice President and Country Manager for InterOil in Papua New Guinea, as well as Development Manager, Project Interface Manager and Project Integration Manager for LNG projects at Woodside Energy.

Beach Managing Director and CEO, Matt Kay, said Mr Algar and Mr Nador will both commence in their new roles on 22 February 2021, while Mr Barker and Mr Schrull will continue with Beach for an interim period to allow for a handover of the Development and Exploration functions.

“I wish to sincerely thank Geoff and Jeff for their leadership and many achievements at Beach during their tenure. Their depth of industry knowledge has been invaluable over recent years, contributing greatly to Beach’s success in a period of rapid growth,” Mr Kay said.

“This transition has been planned for an extended period and I want to thank them for providing their support in the handover to Thomas and Sam. I wish them both the best for the future.

“I am equally pleased to welcome someone of Sam’s calibre to the team and to see Thomas take his well- deserved position at the Executive table. We have a strong leadership team and are well established to deliver on our exciting five-year growth plan.”
