During the period from June 6 to June 10, 2022, Eni acquired n. 3,103,847 shares, at a weighted average price per share equal to 14.1794 euro, for a total consideration of 44,010,579.56 euro within the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved at Eni's Shareholders' Meeting on 11 May 2022, previously subject to disclosure pursuant to art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/1999.

Since the start of the programme, Eni purchased n. 6,222,400 treasury shares (equal to 0.09% of the share capital) for an aggregate amount of 88,181,302 euro. Following the purchases made until 10 June 2022, considering the treasury shares already held and the cancellation of 34,106,871 treasury shares resolved by Eni's Shareholders' Meeting of 11 May 2022, Eni holds n. 37,953,702 shares equal to 1.06% of the share capital.
