AgipPetroli, an Eni's subsidiary, has acquired the Tamoil Praha,  Tamoil Slovakia and  Tamoil Hungaria from the Libyan-Dutch Company Oilinvest

Tamoil Praha, in the Czech Republic, manages 23 stations with a throughput of about 45 million litres per year,  Tamoil Slovakia owns, in Slovakia, 6 stations with a throughput of about 11 million litres per year,  Tamoil Hungaria owns, in Hungary, 11 plants with a total throughput of about 15 million litres per year.

Eni's market share thus increases from 4.1% to 5.7% in the Czech Republic, from 2.2% to 3.4% in Slovakia and from 5% to 5.7% in Hungary.

The deals are in line with AgipPetroli's objective to increase its presence abroad in areas characterised by interesting development perspectives.

The agreement between AgipPetroli and Oilinvest is part of a broader exchange agreement with Tamoil Italia and it will be submitted for approval to the Italian Competition Authority.
