CASE STUDY

Sustainability skills training for Canadian Oil & Gas workers

We partnered with Careers in Energy, a division of Energy Safety Canada, to build and deliver a custom ESG and Sustainability training program for the Canadian Oil and Gas industry. This program was funded by the Government of Canada's Sectoral Workforce Solutions Program. The goal was to support Canada’s climate change and emissions goals.

We developed an e-learning training program known as the Sustainability in Energy Micro-Credential. It provides vital foundational training across a range of topics – including emissions fundamentals, emerging technologies and regulatory issues. We anticipate up to 1,000 learners will be enrolled by April 2024.
